      Not a remote first company, while much of the workforce is remote the company isn't set up to be 100% remote

      Paid day off on your birthday.

      Cons

      The worst company I have ever worked for. They value profit over everything else. Poor communication, super messy processes and systems, and all management view staff as easily replaceable so they don’t try to fix anything they just complain about a high staff turnover Very low pay for this industry (again more money for the higher ups)
