      Decent pay, Good Co-workers, Kind Management.

      Cons

      The patients are almost always the most irritable people, which in most cases is understandable, but when it's every day it wears you down. Not for everyone. Especially because upon hiring, I was immediately informed there was no room to move up.

      Interesting work, diverse workforce and product portfolio

      Cons

      leadership did not effectively listen to project leads when needing help (resource wise) this led to team member burn out and fatigue. salary and benefits could be more competive, leadership was undergoing alot of changes that hopefuly resulted in positive changes.
