      Pros

      Meaningful work, great compensation and insurance offerings, many interest groups to be a part of

      Cons

      So many time zones, toxic culture in some departments- they don't really want to hear what you have to say (if you disagree, they'll find a way to show you the door...), Unsure how some people elevate to leadership roles when there are clearly people who work way harder!

      Incompetent management. They will blame you for their own incompetence. Stores care more about money than the people.
