      Pros

      I left my last company to come to ResMed as it had been on my radar for many years. The perfect opportunity presented itself and I was driven by the people and vision of the company. The company cares about growth and the leaders are thoughtful with employees.

      Cons

      Old processes but they are working to address these needs.

      Culture - a lot of people have been working here for 5+ years and still love it! Great People - lots of friendly, hardworking, and inspiring people. Employee growth - the company is focused on the success of the employees and offers many opportunities to grow and learn. Great office - beautiful campus with a well-kept gym.
