      Pros

      You have the opportunity to be heard and make a difference The company is very respectful of individual differences and lets you be Great opportunity to travel, or not, whichever is your thing Management seems to have their heads screwed on right Good people are moved up, bad people are moved out

      Cons

      The standard software you get to use is seriously out of date. No recent releases here. The building is kind of in a dead zone, not much in the way of interesting stuff nearby. The floors are standard cube-farm, though that's changing with one floor having been recently redone.

      Pros

      Building and atmosphere is very nice. The compensation is competitive in comparison to other companies in San Diego. Management is dedicated to providing an environment that is fun and collaborative, team-oriented. Everyone is respectful of listening to each other's opinions and thoughts. There is no micromanagement from the upper management and executives so it shows they trust their employees to do their job.

      The company is growing fast so you will need to be able to quickly adapt.

      Pros

      Great culture. Professional and respectful place to work. Good benefits and management tries hard to engage employees. Company has a clear vision and works at being transparent.

      Cons

      The company grew very large very quickly and there are some growing pains. Changes sometimes take a long time to occur; things can fall through the cracks.
