Pros

-Work Life Balance compared to other remote call centers but a lot of it is what you expect. -Compensation is about what the minimum should be to survive in the current climate. -Networking and connections.

Cons

-Paid less in Canada then the US for the same role and responsibilities. -Bloated Management with a few gems. -Lack of Growth Opportunities. -Received no specific information regarding why employees were let go. Layoffs were not based on performance so selection seemed random or based on certain criteria not being met from employees files.

Pros

In my role, I was able to travel alot. I was always blessed with great managers. In fact, with my final manager, it made it a little hard to leave as she was great. The pay was on par with my responsibilities.

Cons

As time went on, I had less and less autonomy and therefore I was disengaged. They kept putting resources into other teams and ignoring ours. Forever changing priorities with minimal staff made it very hard to keep up.
