Pros

Excellent training with a strong focus on skill enhancement. This is true for both the business development and recruiting sides of the house. Leadership has developed standardized best practices and SOPs based on years of proven results that, if applied, work. Hard work and results are also rewarded with better-than-industry commissions and bonuses, plus a reachable President's Club trip and a special company Dream Goal trip.

Cons

Personally, I have a long commute to the HQ office, but I have been able to make this work for more than eight years now due to the flexible hybrid schedule leadership has put in place based on performance.

Company Review from Technical Recruiter

Pros

The training program prepares you with the base knowledge of the technologies and the skills/techniques you need to be successful. However, the most learning took place for me in the first weeks out of training which was a direct result of the environment that upper management has created. It was incredibly helpful to be comfortable enough to ask questions at any point when I was first starting out. Fun company outings are scheduled at least once a month and help foster a work hard, play hard culture. Being able to genuinely enjoy spending time with your coworkers even outside of the office is one of the biggest perks. Commission structure is one of the best and base salary is generous as well. Couldn't ask for a better opportunity to develop myself professionally.

Cons

Recruiting and the staffing industry in general is very fast paced and stressful. Sometimes it can be frustrating to be held accountable for your candidates' actions when you have limited control over them. In order to be successful you will have to be pushed out of your comfort zone.

Great Company and Staff

Pros

As a recent college grad I wanted to be part of a company where there is growth and opportunities. Resolution Tech gives me just that. It's a fast paced environment and each day I am challenged just enough to motivate me to be better and better at what I do. The training is excellent, my co-workers are fun and each day is different. Since I've been here there hasn't been a day where I haven't learned something new.

Cons

It can be a stressful environment and challenging but the team here is great and everyone helps one another when things get tough. This job isn't always easy but it's very rewarding.

Growth Opportunities: great opportunities for professional growth through training and clear career advancement paths, encouraging employees to develop new skills. Office space is very modern and luxurious. Cornhole, happy hours, made to order cafe, etc.

A great experience, but lacks

Pros

This was a great job for you to really learn about staffing and IT and you receive some great training.

Cons

Slight forms of nepotism, and you'll be presented with unattainable opportunities. The pecking order is set in stone and seemingly impossible to crack.

Pros

1.5 hours for lunch, office in King building

Cons

EXTREMELY micromanaged environment. Unattainable goals. Public humiliation. HIGH turnerover rate- longest a person has worked there is 1.5 years (all the posts here that are 5 stars and employer over 1 year are absolutely a lie, also they no one worked there part time...the manager forces recruited to write 5 star reviews). A lot of inconsistencies with every aspect of the company. Lack of clients, so there's not much money to be made here. They had a recruiting class completely walk out of the office back in 2014 and never show up again. Like clock work, after your 3 months of training is over, you see a completely different side of management making all these 1-3 star posts extremely accurate. It's actually insane how quickly it happened. Please don't fall for the same trap we all did, they're sleezey salesmen. Monkeys could do this job, not college grads from SEC schools. Or if your that desperate, find a recruiting company with a lot of clients so you can actually make money.
