Pros

I loved working here and am sad to be leaving! My boss genuinely cared about the wellness of his team, the happiness of the individual employee, and inspired the best in performance. One of my favorite things working here was the training I received. We were always encouraged to learn more and take trainings to expand our knowledge about our industry. One of the perks working here is that Resolvit encourages a healthy work- life balance, they understand the importance of family and want employees enjoy life outside of just work.

Cons

Opportunities with in the company are limited.

Thank you for taking the time to post about your positive experience with Resolvit. As you point out, training is a key focus for us. Over 1% of our total revenue is spent on training and career development, which includes conferences, trade shows, customized classroom events, and open-forum classes. Opportunities may sometimes feel limited at Resolvit due to our size and locations. We did expanded hiring dramatically across all departments, divisions, and geographies this past year, while at the same time promoting and moving people between departments. However, we understand that we can’t always meet our employees’ career and lifestyle goals all of the time. We do hope that you’ll consider Resolvit for employment opportunities in the future, and that you’ll bring your new experiences back to us to further improve the company.

Thank you for your passion, enthusiasm, and appreciation of our company, your teammates, and our customers. We're continuing to build a great company that makes a difference in peoples' lives and our communities every day. It always starts with team members like you! Have you noticed our new web presence? We just rolled it out this past weekend. It is more user friendly and helpful for everyone trying to connect with Resolvit. We also reached out to Google to update all references to our locations and addresses. Hopefully this solves the "embarrassing" address issue. As you come across areas for improvement, please don't hesitate to reach out to dialogue@resolvit.com for anonymous feedback. Or please Jabber your manager, our IT department, or even the CEO.

Pros

Good pay. Good benefits--really good health, eye, dental, and life insurance options. 401K. etc. Bench policy (if the client org has to drop you on short notice, you still get paid while Resolvit places you elsewhere). They have a great educational stipend. I've used it for several classes and books, all of which benefit me and my resume. Friendly and helpful "handlers." They're great about checking in on us and making sure all is well with the work and the relationship. They pretty regularly take us out to lunch. Requests -- for benefits info, forgotten passwords, insurance help -- have always been handled very quickly (like immediately). This is the first "boutique" staffing company I've worked for so I can't compare to others; however, I've been very happy working for them. As a contractor, I work for (and at) a client company. I love the client company they placed me with. Most of my coworkers at the client company also work for Resolvit. We're all happy with them. It's great to be given the leeway to integrate with the client org as I see fit, and not be micromanaged. There's a lot of freedom and trust.

Cons

I have no complaints, but there is a twenty word minimum for this field, so I'm going to keep typing.
