We are sorry for your disappointing experience with Resolvit. It is nice to hear that you were comfortable with our benefits, enjoyed working with your teammates, and approve of our management style. We do strive to clearly articulate areas for improvement with all of our employees, especially those in jeopardy. That communication can lead to outside training opportunities, life assistance counseling, and project transitions. Sometimes we over communicate in the spirit of full transparency through the business operations managers; project end dates and potential next project opportunities. It is wonderful to hear that you enjoyed your time at Resolvit. Lots of people contribute to maintaining the small company feel in our global organization. Its easy to forget that we have almost 200 people around the world supporting our customers, because of our friendly culture and virtually connect teams. Its also supported with team members ability to see and be recognized for their contributions and achievements. We work hard to create opportunities for career development and advancement. Sometimes those opportunities don't align with the aspirations or timelines of particular employees.
