Thank you for your feedback. It would have been very helpful for you to share this information in 2016 while you were still employed with us or even shortly after. We are sorry for the confusion and frustration about your compensation. At that point this was a new role for the company with a new management team . Since then the role and compensation have evolved significantly. There is a formal incentive plan in place today in addition the other benefits offered, like tuition reimbursement, 401k matching, etc. Resolvit also abides by all wage and overtime laws for compensation. Thank you again for the feedback, we will review these concerns in our weekly operational meeting with the management team. We wish you good luck and success with your next endeavor.

Thank you for taking time to share your feedback. Over the three years of employment you definitely experienced lots of changes! Many of those adjustments came as direct feedback from our team members. English classes, the holiday party locations and dates, the new office location for easier public transportation access, additional dry erase boards for technical team discussions, and senior team members interviewing potential future employees are all examples of employee suggestions that have been and continue to be implemented. I am sorry you believe your ideas weren’t being considered or implemented. With the Argentina team we do have quarterly employee reviews which is when many of the ideas are shared, considered, and implemented. Many of our clients are working with cutting edge technologies and unfortunately some are not. We do move people from project to project and expose them to new technologies as it makes sense and when the opportunities arise. The good news is Resolvit’s turnover is very low because we strive for technical skills development along with above average market wages for all of our team members. If and when you find yourself in the marketplace for a technical position again, please consider giving us another chance. Good luck and lots of success with your future endeavors.

Congratulations and thank you for three years of service with our company! We appreciate your feedback here on Glassdoor too. The corporate services team works very hard to give you and your teammates the excellent benefits package we have today. It is true, this past year was disappointing in that we did not give an annual bonus to anyone. We have given annual performance rewards in the past based on the overall growth and success of our business. We will continue to give this consideration along with other benefits at the end of each calendar year. Please post feedback like this regularly on Glassdoor or reach out to the business services managers with other suggestions.
