Great From the Outside, Not Great Within.

Pros

Friendly co-workers, high energy, I have made and meet some friendly people here, fun social events happy hours and expensed lunches

Cons

Dishonest management starting at the top, lack of anytype of sales strategy, extremely high interanl turn over rate, few recuirters/account managers make it past 18 months. the place is a revolving door, and is a nightmare, looks bad on a resume, avoid if you can

Its nice to know that if your contract ends, Resolvit will still be there to spin you back out again.

Cons

There really isn't much to say here. I haven't had any complains during my time with Resolvit.

- Great people - mix of young & ambitious with wise and experienced folks - Great health benefits (relatively low health insurance rates) - Willing to change - open to feedback (both positive & negative) - Celebrating employees achievements

Cons

- No structured career path which is good & bad depending on the career level
