Benefits and Compensation is great, you are essentially a contractor but get treated like a full time employee.
Cons
I've only been with company for close to 6 months so I do not have too much background into the cons so far.

We appreciate your posting and perspective. Covid has been tricky for most companies. In Argentina we do have team lunches brought into the office. Unfortunately with nobody allowed in the offices we had to suspend that benefit. We will definitely bring it back when everyone is allowed back by the government. In addition to not being in the office many managers at many companies are doing their best to manage fully remote teams. Finding the proper balance for appropriate types of management is a little tricky and a work in progress for all managers during Covid. We are looking to getting better at executing as these unusual circumstances unfold.
