Pros

Some people are nice in the company. However the company in general is full of introverts which makes it hard bond with them and communicate with them. Select few teams are approachable, however the rest do their thing and go. Again, from a communicational perspective this makes the job more difficult.

Cons

Significantly high turnover in staff which causes an unstable environment. Management not really approachable

We appreciate your candid feedback about communication and approachability. We want to respectfully note that our turnover data doesn't reflect the "high turnover" characterisation, That said, your points about communication barriers and management accessibility are feedback we take seriously and are actively working on

Poorly managed

Pros

Reasonable working hours and the pay is ok for the region

Cons

Poorly managed and the senior leadership is not approachable. Silos of unconnected people and a lot of people lack motivation internally due to how badly the company is run. There are a few voices of reason but they are few and far between. It's like an overgrown startup that should be a much better and more organised company by now.

Pros

Remote work with one day per week spent in the office Some colleagues are friendly and approachable Enjoyable staff social events and generous time off during the Christmas period

Cons

Excessive emphasis on technical knowledge over cultural fit, resulting in some staff being rude and unapproachable—and their poor behaviour is tolerated because of their expertise. Senior leaders often neglect basic courtesies, such as greeting employees, despite their leadership roles. Management lacks focus on training and developing employees, expecting growth to be entirely self-driven.
