Pros

I really like it because of the flexible schedule (since I'm a full-time student) and everyone is so nice!

Cons

The hours are a bit weird because you have certain shifts that are like 2 & 1/2 hours

Pros

The culture at Resort Lifestyle Communities made it one of the best places I've ever worked. The fact that they trust you to do your job, support you, and then give you the autonomy to be creative in your role attracted me to the company and has been their formula for success.

Cons

Not many. The company is growing fast and may not be able to protect the culture that made it successful.

Pros

From the owner and top management down this company is first and foremost about service to the residents. They place a lot of value on their employees and reward them appropriately. If you do your job well and with a great attitude, the sky is the limit for opportunity. They promote from within - and I know that firsthand. It is the most rewarding position I have held in my professional career. To be successful you must be willing to be part of a team. On a daily basis, I meet new people who have led interesting lives, I work to provide solutions for them and their families. When a resident moves in, one of the most common things I hear is "I wish I would have done this sooner - because I am having the time of my life." Gives me the satisfaction and peace in knowing RLC and the team is doing the right thing.

Cons

The most difficult part of the job is losing a resident. It really isn't a con but with rapid growth their can be some growing pains but ultimately they work themselves out and the home office is very supportive.
