      Flexible with where you work and what types of projects you work on. Lots of different projects and clients to work with. You are in control of your career.

      - Handhold on internal systems to get things going with a mentor system. - Some great people who work there. - HR group is helpful.

      Cons

      - Massive variance in quality of work and standards. - Style is completion over quality, even if the product is vulnerable. - Management encourages predatory work practices on younger employees.

      We wish the former employee had a better experience with us. After internal review and without the ability to engage with the former employee, we have found no record of this or a similar complaint being brought to our attention. We have not been able to determine what is meant by "predatory work practices." We want an encouraging and supportive work environment for all employees. Our corporate culture does not condone something that could be described as predatory. While we may not be able to help this former employee, we hope any current employee experiencing something they consider inappropriate will bring it to our attention. - HR
