      Great diversity within the company and respectful of other cultures Satisfying customers is top priority

      Cons

      Company expects employees to put work ahead of family, health, and any other commitments Many employees are on-call at all times and are not paid for time worked while on call Does not value employee happiness or work-life balance. When the customer calls, employees are expected to respond immediately, regardless of time of day or day of week.
