Poor ownership and regional leadership

Competent nursery managers and restoration techs.

Cons

Project managers will throw you under the bus and stab you in the back. Very little investment in employees. Regional favoritism for resources. Ownership is bleeding the company dry and doesn’t understand the business. Frequent layoffs and downsizing with more on the way. Poor hiring practices; they will hire unqualified people and pass over deserving candidates. Little to no raises and bonuses.

they have decent benefits. besides that absolutely nothing.

Cons

no training budget low pay no one smart to learn from corporate is the worst and most of them should be fired just laid of 80 people be prepared to work more than 40 hours a week and then get a 3 percent raise every other year even when inflation is close to 10 percent.
