      -Meaningful environmental work -Some really good people are employed here -Well-equipped (boots, jackets, gloves, safety gear)

      Cons

      -Excessive mandatory overtime (average day ~12hrs) -High turnover -Certain bosses exhibit poor leadership (micromanaging, unprofessional behavior, disappearing on the job) -Compensation is not worth the time and effort

      Pros

      First, the metadata on Glassdoor is wrong. Company is now over 1,000 nationwide. CEO info way obsolete. RES is primarily an environmental mitigation company, meaning we restore wetlands, streams and endangered species habitats primarily to mitigate the loss of these somewhere else in the same region due to development. Nothing but great people. Benefits are competitive but not great.

      I believe the biggest complaint is that pay raises don't keep up with cost of living.

      Overall the people you work with are friendly.

      Cons

      Overworked and underpaid. There will be long hours and your contributions aren’t appreciated. The company used to feel like a family but after acquiring several others, it is now a very corporate environment with a cold/micromanaging demeanor.
