Cons
The biggest cons are the fact that this place will put a knife in your back as fast as possible. Other than that I would say the communications are terrible. Management doesn't;t back up people in the field and higher and then refuse to fire people that literally do drugs on the job site or are falling asleep in equipment. They also cut the field crew's money for hotels to the point where they stay in places with roaches and management does nothing after being told for months. If your working in the office it might be ok but don't go here for a construction job. It's honestly heartbreaking because when I started here it was a great place but sadly it has gone so far downhill that I honestly would be surprised to see them go out of business in the future.
