Pros
Get in the right ladder, youll be ushered into positions that they will just make out of thin air. All of their acquisitions really help to boost the connections you can make.
Cons
They make so much money, but dont invest it in the people doing the bulk of the work. Years of low to no raises/bonuses. Your best bet is to start high. Some employees are great, others are extremely cliquey. You can get thrown under the bus when it comes to big clients because the $ comes first. Expect unmeetable deadlines and pressure from the "top". Sudden firings, termination of contracts, or selling off of assets left many people in a bad spot.
