      Entrepreneurial environment, start up mindset, personable employees

      Cons

      Reorganization and layoffs caused degradation of workplace culture. Ran lean/short staffed which translated to wearing multiple hats and taking on more workload for inadequate compensation.

      Good experience in the field

      Cons

      Poor communication and organization throughout the company. Promises are made by higher ups and constantly not followed through with. Projects are extremely unorganized. Mandatory overtime is exhausting.

      -Meaningful environmental work -Some really good people are employed here -Well-equipped (boots, jackets, gloves, safety gear)

      Cons

      -Excessive mandatory overtime (average day ~12hrs) -High turnover -Certain bosses exhibit poor leadership (micromanaging, unprofessional behavior, disappearing on the job) -Compensation is not worth the time and effort
