      Pros

      Great teammates and fairly simple work.

      Cons

      Building inspections, especially on rooftops. Primarily data processing and it can be very repetitive, not a lot of challenge. Also, gives you the responsibility of several roles without the promotion or compensation to reflect that.

      Rather than having a set amount of sick time every year, you continue to accrue 3 hours of sick time every pay period which is awesome
