Depending on your job, they generally do not care where you are working from.

Cons

Not a whole lot of support when you have workload issues. No room for innovation because of the focus on profitability. Panicky boss who micro-manages. No company credit card, so you have to front business expenses for them and frequently remind your manager to approve your expense report.
