      Pros

      If you’re just looking for an easy 9-5 this is the job for you. Nice people, flexible schedule, easy work.

      Cons

      No pay raises, they avoid paying bonuses even though they’re promised in the contract. What you go in making is what you’ll make for the duration of your time with the company.

      Opaque management: company-wide numbers are always reported to employees as through the roof until it's time for bonus and raise season (which is basically whenever management feels like it between March and June) and then the company mysteriously didn't hit its "numbers". What these numbers are, we are not told. One month later, the company is well above numbers again. Lackluster benefits (PTO, insurance, 401k match). Working here feels like working in a case-study for how to operate a C-suite in a way that keeps the sheep as happy as they need to be.
