      Pros

      Overall this is a great company to work for. We have a lot of smart, talented people. However, there are not many opportunities for raises and advances. Especially after recent acquisitions. Bonuses and raises were abismal this year.

      Cons

      Pay isn't as competitive when compared with other companies in the industry. Limited room for growth. Very hierrarchal corporate structure

      Pros

      Great teammates and fairly simple work.

      Cons

      Building inspections, especially on rooftops. Primarily data processing and it can be very repetitive, not a lot of challenge. Also, gives you the responsibility of several roles without the promotion or compensation to reflect that.
