You work on multiple projects at a time and the timeframe for most of them is quite tight. Pay is comparatively lower to similar organizations.

Pros

The work environment of Resource Innovations is great. I'm sure it varies from office to office (the offices are rather siloed), but there is a lot of work flexibility when working with the northern Illinois teams. Managers do not micromanage, and there are no issues as long as each teammate completes their tasks well.

Cons

Some clients are nightmares to work for. RI is still a great company to work for, but some clients are so bad to work for that it ruins the fun and can make some teammates bitter.
