Pros

I have nothing but great things to say about ROI! If you would like to work for a company with a great culture, hard workers and a place you feel valued this is the place for you. Management and operations give you the support you need to succeed.

Cons

No 401k at the moment

Thank you for taking the time to post a review on Resource Options. We are glad you enjoyed your time here. You are correct to point out that we do not have a 401K plan at this time. We are always looking to improve our benefits package and have recently added/improved other aspects of our benefits package. We do offer a generous bonus program that is intended to help our employees save for their future.

Pros

none come to mind at this time

Cons

Horrible leaders,, no development and lack of tools/resouces, lack of inclusion and diversity (every woman hired at once branch was let go in less than a year---not true of newly hired guys in same branch), only promote those who bow down to President and suck up

Wow…. I am surprised you have chosen to remain a “current” employee of ROI. It sounds like this company isn’t a fit for you. As a fellow employee I can honestly say that my experience working here has been completely different than yours. What you are describing is totally inconsistent from what other employees have described through employee surveys, reviews and feedback. I suggest you speak with HR to make arrangements to improve the situation.

OK for temp labor

Pros

Sometimes 40 hours a week, okay pay for little to no labor experience, and most of the safety equipment is provided at the job sites.

Cons

The biggest issue with being a laborer at this company was trying to secure consistent employment. Other issues were that other employees at the company were unreliable, sometimes not showing up to work. As a laborer it seemed like there were few career opportunities.
