Very flexible days - I can really take whenever I want off. They’re also quite good at sending my check

Cons

Low pay and some of the jobs I get sent to are super boring

Pros

The people at Resource Options are very accommodating to your work-life balance and are amazing individuals to work with. They give you the tools you need to grow, as well as open communication when you need help working towards your goals within the company.

Cons

No 401k match, but they do help you set up an IRA on their on time!

Pros

Great atmosphere to work in. Everyone is truly like a family. Thorough training process. A company that cares about your success and future! "Each one teach one", no one gets left out/behind. Strong leadership that takes the time to coach you in the right ways. Great growth opportunities.

Cons

If you don't like traveling or driving occasionally for work, then that might be a con for you. We love meeting our candidates out at job sites (one of my favorite aspects) - so if you are comfortable with that then you're good to go, if not then that would be a con for you.
