      Pros

      I have been with Resource Options for four years now and this company has brought me up from an entry level employee into management. If you have drive, and a great worth ethic the support is there for you to progress quickly. Our company is all about developing leaders and promoting from within.

      Cons

      Staffing can be a tough business so it is important to have thick skin and be able to look at the big picture that not every day or every week is going to look great. It also takes time to build the business so you have to plan for that in your career and financial goals.

      Thank you for the feedback. In any career path there is a period of "Building" that takes place. Building your knowledge, skills, network etc. The Staffing industry can be very rewarding when you consider the opportunity for growth as well as the impact you can have on the lives of the people you are helping along the way.

      The company is pretty organized for having so many moving parts.

      Very old school company afraid to embrace modern policies and change with the times. You can interpret that in many ways.
