Pros

I worked for ROI for 2 1/2 years with steady employment with a total of 9 weeks off(5 due to COVID illness). They are a fantastic employer balancing the needs of their employees and customers. I would certainly work for them again.

Cons

I experienced no real cons woth them. They got me back to work promptly and kept in constant communication both when I was sick for 5 weeks as well as my layoff times. 4 weeks off over 2 1/2 years is very good.

Very flexible days - I can really take whenever I want off. They’re also quite good at sending my check

Cons

Low pay and some of the jobs I get sent to are super boring

Pros

The people at Resource Options are very accommodating to your work-life balance and are amazing individuals to work with. They give you the tools you need to grow, as well as open communication when you need help working towards your goals within the company.

Cons

No 401k match, but they do help you set up an IRA on their on time!
