      Cons

      Treat their people poorly and pay well below industry average. Known to hire inexperienced workers, pay extremely poorly, churn, and burn. They preach “growth” but there’s nothing at all to show for it besides words.

      If you are actually employed by Resource Options I would ask you to contact our Human Resource Manager to discuss your concerns and options for transitioning out of the company. Clearly this is not the right place for you. As for your comments about working here I do feel like they are inconsistent with the thoughts and feelings of the other members of the team at Resource Options. Based on the data we have our compensation packages consistently exceed the industry average and we have experienced unprecedented growth over the past year. We have recently expanded into new markets by opening new offices, increased our headcount, and promoted new managers to continue to fuel our growth.

      True Growth Opportunity

      Pros

      Like other companies, Resource Options talks about growth. However, ROI makes good on their plan to develop people and lay out a path for each individual to truly succeed if they put the work in and are willing to learn. Everyone considers it a success when promotions happen because that means that things are moving in the right direction. While it's a competitive environment, it's a team-focused atmosphere where people celebrate the success of others.

      Cons

      ROI still has some growing to do but everyone has the same goal to see that happen.
