Pros

Totally flexible schedule, shorter shot than your typical eight hour ones, referral bonuses, free meals after shifts, very little gossip, and individuals choose to go above and beyond their role for the greater of company.

Cons

Scheduling is last minute, often way understaffed, sometimes you have to work alone in a position that usually takes three individuals.
