Management is laughable at the very least. In the past year we were told unlimited overtime, but in the last six months since hiring a new CEO all overtime has been denied repeatedly, The supervisory team with rrt could and should be compared to a barrel of full monkeys. All kidding aside, the whole upper management team at RRT needs to be fired or retrained. They're suppose to lead the team and yet their metrics are deplorable and if they weren't in upper management they would have been fired with those kind of metrics. The do not show any respect to servers, and they complain more about the concepts that are taken . The supervisors have a private chat where they talk bad about the other employees. In my opinion steer clear, luckily I quit and found a company that treats people with respect and the pay is wonderful. With RRT you'll never get a raise either....stay away far away. Darn I can't give half stars.

Management is rude, no growth, pay is very low compared to the calls taken. The schedule is very confusing, Habit & cafe rio customers are ignorant and slow and they should offer more for each client. Some agents are more skilled with a variety of restaurants but the pay scale is still the same. You never know if the hours they said you worked is true, as they strategically cut off the hours worked. Unpaid bonuses and over-time not paid out.
