Pros

Met some great people who are all suffering through the same things this company. Life long friendships made.

Cons

This is a 24 hour 365 day a year job. The pay does not reflect for GM/OM/DM. Have seen 3 COOs, 4 ROMs, MULTIPLE GMs. So much change, labeled as "fast paced". Everything needs to be ripped out and reinstalled properly, oil and Automist. They change the bonus metrics yearly to keep them out of reach. They only care about looking good enough to sell every 2-4 years.

Local branch is A+ but Corporate is a joke

Pros

Local manager, drivers, and even regional are all pretty decent people. Short work weeks, benefits were decent. Pay is middle ground

Cons

Bonus structure is bogus. If you’re a driver-you’ll stay a driver. Upper management do not have a CDL. Corporate is not inclusive
