Love that you mention growing people and the company - thank you! We encourage people to level up and learn new skills, and to take advantage of opportunities that come up, both through our Learning and Development team and using tuition reimbursement when it makes sense to do that. The big idea is that you can grow your career at RT, and there are plenty of people doing that here now. Thanks for your comments!

Thank you for taking the time to comment on your experience working with RT for over 3 years. You're right about the metrics - sometimes it seems like everything has a number behind it! It makes sense, though. If we can measure performance, out of oil events, customer visits, service calls, etc, then we can continue to improve and innovate for customers. Regarding Covid-19, that's tough. Our Covid-19 response team continues to meet and our CEO continues to communicate daily on the impact and our response as we strive to effectively support our people, our business and our customers' businesses.
