Pros

Good co workers, a ton of great activities outside of day to day job to get involved in.

Cons

Managers are clueless, there is awareness of how hard people work or how little others work. The raise system doesn't actually reward someone for doing a good job . The average is 3% so if you get 4% someone can only get 2%. And you're forced to come up with something someone needs development on. There are so many meetings you can never get time with your manager. And there's no room to grow.

Pros

This is a matrixed environment and it seems like people work cross-functionally on all of our key goals and initiatives. The Workday launch was one example, where Change Champions across the company came together to ensure that everyone across the organization gets the training and help they need as we move to new systems and processes.

Cons

Some of the office spaces can be loud because of how they're arranged. I understand we're remodeling our office space. Can't wait!
