its remote so thats ok but in general i wouldnt be ok with staying here longer

Pros

Opportunities for growth, both personal and career. Individual contribution is valued and important. Some technical aspects of the organization are in flux after merging with another company, providing a chance to impact the future direction of development.

Cons

Without careful oversight, the ongoing changes due to merging companies can make things feel chaotic at times. There has also been some turnover due to these changes, leading to strain on some teams while positions are solidified and/or filled.
