Pros

- Free lunch - Latest Macbook

Cons

- Bad management - Performance reviews based on emotions rather than actual facts - No opportunities to grow as a professional - Very bad working culture, everybody is overworking. - Very bad feedback culture - Extremely impolite management, they don't know how to talk to people and respect them. - Bad salary review policies - If you are not Ukrainian it's impossible to get to a managing position specially if you are in the IT field. quite racist work environment

Pros

- Competitive compensation (at least from my local market perspective) - Equipment subsidy helps set up a good home office - Fully remote work provides flexibility and work-life balance

Cons

- Lack of a dedicated QA team means product testing often falls on employees outside of QA roles. Testing requests are distributed ad-hoc via Slack, which disrupts workflows and adds unexpected tasks to an already full plate. This process is inefficient and feels disorganized. - Communication around team changes could be improved. It’s common to discover someone has left the company only after trying to reach out to them, which can be jarring and demoralizing.

They Hire to Fire

Pros

WFH, Co-workers. Pretty lax on breaks and lunches.

Cons

Management They don't have trainers because the CEO doesn't want to spend the money so they have no staff for it. Training doesn't cover most things customers chat in about. It's all self training. No Holiday Pay No OT Wage is too low in comparison to other companies in the field. Managers talk out of both sides of their mouth. Say one thing one second then refute it the next. The management team all bounce off each other with their bad takes. They don’t communicate and say what they *think* we want to hear, but then get corrected later on so they need to backpedal. The CEO acts like a child and throws tantrums if you bring up a valid concern like lack of time off for the holidays or holiday pay. In meetings The CEO sounds like he doesn't know the product/what it does or how to use it or the customers. They give you an AI tool and during the hiring process tell you other reps use it constantly and rarely type. This tool makes finding info for the customers really fast and allows better multitasking so the customers don't have to wait so long while you look all over for their answers/don't have to use google to find things. Their own help center pages are not updated and have outdated info or are broken. But if you use it you get punsihed. So on top of the customers chewing you, you have to deal with a manager in the same chat backseat driving and micromanaging. Make this make sense! They fire people in the last week of their 90 days so they don't have to pay any benefits. They refuse to hire more people (it's a month+ long process)...so usually you are one of 2-3 people taking chats and you have 4 chatters all wanting to be walked through things and demanding you answer in less than 10 seconds or they leave a bad review. Was told reviews don't really matter much at all when hired. Was told after Thanksgiving all reviews are bad so don't worry about it, then told I'm crushing it and all good reviews....then told it needs to get better or I would be in deep trouble the same week. This kind of non-transparency and goal post moving and reversals are the norm.
