Pros

Retro is a nice place to work, it's very busy working on multiple games. I'm sad leave for family reasons!

Cons

Too many projects cooking at once, quality seems to be suffering.

Pros

-Good benefits -Decent pay -Friendly co-workers -Excellent HR team -Stable

Cons

-Passive-aggressive leadership -the company as a whole is "stuck in the past" (making retro a very fitting name) and would rather do things the way they always have -Poor communication -Unclear direction -Difficult to move up -A lot of the talent Retro is known for left years ago

Very talented game developer. Great chance to work with legends in the industry and unique IP's. Cool working environment. Great compensation/benefits. Awesome teamwork environment. Managers/HR cares about team.

Cons

Smaller team limits opportunities to work on more than one project at a time.
