-High quality work -Compelling and unique campaigns -Access to working across multiple distinct industries -Top-knotch talent -Great benefits -Well resourced team

Cons

-Leadership changes course very often (not always bad, flexible can be good but there was too much course correction too often to truly get a foothold on campaign performance) -Transparency in business performance was not always available -Lots of mid to senior level leaderships changes very often. Directors especially came in and out. -Let go after a massive layoff, having survived two previous rounds of layoffs all within a year there.

Pros

The office has a decent location. Some of my colleagues were talented and hardworking.

Cons

This company is extremely unorganized. Communication was poor across all levels, and it felt like no one had a clear understanding of what the company's direction was. There were constant shifts in priorities with no clear strategy, which left employees in the dark.
