      Pros

      * Unlimited PTO * Liberal expensing policy * Reasonably mature codebase * Great work/life balance. Culture around deadlines/release isn't toxic.

      Cons

      * No good team mobility * Uninteresting projects * Junior/inexperienced managers * Immature engineering culture * Compensation is OK but not competitive (125K as IC3) * No 401K matching * No diversity among senior tech leadership, still feels "bro-y"

      The company has a big emphasis on engineers. This is a great place to work if you want to advance your career in software engineering. Plenty of projects and work to do.

      Cons

      The company is somewhat split into two. One half works on the freelancer marketplace. The other half works on automatic speech recognition and nlp.
