      Pros

      Management tries to care, but it’s difficult when no one wants to work.

      Cons

      There is no motivation to get anything done. Everything is always a V1 and broken. The type of people who would be terrified of “di-hydrogen mono-oxide” Everyone just makes a google doc about what they want to do and never does anything. Just a lot of meetings.

      Employees are encouraged to take time off when they need it and continue learning new skills on the job. Work hours are flexible and engineering teams are kept fairly small. Management is generally transparent about any changes that happen in the company.
