Good Place to Work

Pros

Team is small and very close-knit, great collaboration and teammates are always willing to help one another. Set hours, but requesting time off is flexible.

Cons

I felt like I was treated unfairly in comparison to other team members, and double standards existed with senior team members versus new team members. Sometimes the amount of work coming in is unmanageable and team leads have unreasonable expectations.

Pros

Both positions were work-from-home. Support Rep - Great pay! Awesome people. Outstanding business model. Even though I don't work there anymore, the company itself is great to be a part of. Transcriptionist- The transcription part is good. They pay every week thru Paypal and never missed. Pay is per-audio-minute, which is good if you're a fast transcriptionist.

Cons

One person's ego is the reason I am no longer employed there as a support rep, because she could not understand why I did something the way I did it, even though it was for the customer's benefit, but that's in the past and I'm over it. The transcription testing is not hard, but their screening process to hire folks could be a bit faster. Other than that, not really anything negative to say.
