A shell of it's former selves

Pros

- The talent remaining from the previous companies are great. - Unlimited PTO.

Cons

- This is absolutely a pump and dump. I'll be surprised if the company exists in 5 years. - They bought a load of profitable small (20-50 employee) companies and laid a bunch people off by closing their eyes and pointing at names. - Many more employees resigned and are not being replaced, people who stick around get stuck with extra work and no extra benefit working on projects they aren't familiar with. - Poor use of on-demand talent. - Developers seemingly replaced by high level management. - Benefits are lackluster, they were better and had more value at my small legacy company.
