Pros

Definitely, the team is the number one reason for joining and staying at Revamp. We have the best company culture I have ever encountered in my 20+ years career.

Cons

The work is exciting and never boring, but it is also really fast paced and dynamic. It can be stressful and demanding at times as we try to meet important deadlines for our clients.

Pros

Hybrid work environment, great collaboration, honest people and great leadership. Feels connected even with people everywhere. It is a very open and inclusive environment.

Cons

Deadlines can cause late hours, its a growing company so processes are in flux. It is improving and there is a focus on work life balance.

They care about your well-being inside and outside of work. A great place for learning, you get to work with some amazing people as well.
