Pros
Training really helps you prepare to become a software developer. My personal experience with my batch is really good. My trainer did really well presenting materials and positive about everything. You will learn the most up to date technologies in the industry. At first you would be like what am I doing and what is this, how do I do this. But if you really put in effort to understand and study the materials provided and ask questions during daily meetings, you will have proficiency to become a developer.
Cons
Will have off work study and work on project. Might need to go deep into the night finishing up projects if you do not manage time responsibly like me. Be prepared to have a fast pace program.
