      Pros

      They are patient with you! Paid to learn instead of paying 20k+ for a bootcamp! REMOTE during training! Don't have to relocate until a client picks you up! Good Work/Life Balance (work 8 hours but we are not at the screen the whole time) If the program is too hard, they will mutually release you without charging you anything. Part of the first batch that does not need college degrees, so if you're reading this with no degree, I hope we opened the door for you too!

      Cons

      Low pay, but you're paid to learn! Fast Paced, so if you struggle to learn things, the fast pace may make this a deal breaker.

      Pros

      We had a great trainer to help us throughout our training. She was very knowledgeable which was a great. She always encouraged us to do more and clarify our doubts. Just make sure, you are ready to learn and understand many technologies in a short span of time which will require a lot of time, effort and willingness to learn.

      Cons

      "No feedback = Good Feedback" policy. I would love to know the feedback in order to understand how much more work is needed on my end. Also, the structure can be a bit better for training as currently it is very hectic. Clarifications/Explanation of some issues in the beginning of the training would definitely be helpful.

      Pros

      - You learn so much within your training and it can get overwhelming but overall a pro. - You are constantly pushed and expected to ask questions to help you learn - This training was remote which is really beneficial with COVID-19 going on

      Cons

      - This can be a really intensive program if you are not mentally ready to fully commit more than the 8 hours a day to the program - Not really a con but you can't be sure how long it will take or if you will be selected by a client at the end of training.
