      They train you They provide the curriculum They pay while you study You are supported by a group Trainers provide support when available

      Cons

      Curriculum sometimes doesn't match evaluation Obscure details may be asked at evaluations You are not told who could potentially hire you You have no control over the course you are placed in Video sessions are recorded but not provided to you

      Wish I knew a bit more before I started but still good if you cant find anything else.

      Pros

      - You learn a lot more applicable skills than at school.(if in an actual programming batch) - Develop soft skills - Practice working with other programmers - Good for finding a job (its like getting paid to search for a job)

      Cons

      - Cannot choose where you will be sent - It is promised that you will get a job after 3 months but that is a bit misleading. After 3 months you are placed in staging where you develop soft skills more while doing occasional interviews that you may or may not pass - Get pain minimum wage until you pass an interview and are on site at the company that you will be working on projects with. - Terrible communication
