      Pros

      Currently, they allow you to work remotely during your training and they provide other benefits such as medical and dental. They provide a sense of empowerment and an ample amount of encouragement (you will need it).

      Cons

      Pay during training is based on your state. Will require time off the clock to fully understand the curriculum and to be successful down this career path. There is a lot of material to study for. Potential to be laid off due to “economic “ concerns.

      Pros

      Honestly one of the most vigorous learning experiences I've ever had, but so worthwhile. I learned so much in just 11 weeks, and they were very straightforward with us about everything in the contract and our position/expectations. They also gave a 10-day grace period where you weren't committed to the contract so you can try out the program before signing the contract.

      Cons

      The only thing I was iffy about was that we didn't know the curriculum for the training until basically the day before it started, but once again, the 10-day grace period helps out with that.
