Pros

Revature gives you the opportunity to get into the Tech industry with no prior experience, they give you the training required to be able to enter the job market ready to hit the ground running . Revature also has some of the biggest Tech companies as clients.

Cons

The training at Revature is really intense and fast paced given that a lot of information has to be processed in a really short period of time.

Pros

If you have not stumbled down the standard computer science path into a tech career, look no further. This is a real opportunity to launch a career in a software engineering related field. The training is fast paced, interactive, and includes office hours that allow for individualized training. Training was fully remote, and the training team was very supportive. At the end of training you will be amazed by how far you have come and how ready you are to make the most of this opportunity.

Cons

This opportunity isn't for everyone. If the amount of information is too much to memorize in time for QC interviews, you run the risk of being mutually released from your employment contract. Someone like myself with no professional software development experience will need to dedicate time before and after work to study, and make practical use of the tools and technology you will be introduced to.

Pros

The training is great. Training is really tough and stressful but you will learn a lot. Definitely better than college where you have to pay to learn. Revature pay you to learn (minimum wage).

Cons

They do not care about your moving situation. Once you got selected by their client, you do not have a say about when you are able to move (lease terms). The onboarding team just telling you to move within 2 weeks, no question ask. They only care about their reputation and does not consider individual need.
